About the Role
JPS is seeking motivated planning professionals to join our LNG Maintenance team in the Northern Territory, as Darwin based positions. We are looking for individuals to manage the delivery of planned maintenance work orders in alignment with the Management System (SMS) and EHS standards. Whether your expertise lies in high-level Maintenance Planning or hands-on Maintenance Supervision, these roles are pivotal in stewarding the safe and efficient delivery of our maintenance strategies.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
* Manage work order delivery within the planning readiness window, ensuring all milestones requirements are met.
* Create high-quality work orders and packs that satisfy technical, resource, and quality control requirements.
* Collaborate with other teams, such as engineering and asset delivery team to improve the effectiveness of maintenance work instructions
* Monitor performance measures to identify and implement improvement initiatives and maintain accurate asset master data.
* Provide frontline supervision for planned maintenance and manage seconded labor/contractors for specific campaigns.
* Champion \"Return to Plan\" (RTP) by driving alignment and removing barriers to bring plans back to service quickly.
* Manage maintenance campaigns whilst collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
* Manage frontline supervision and execution of maintenance and planned maintenance shutdowns
* Take opportunity to improve performance and identify opportunities to improve performance
* Make sure the EHS performance and performance is consistent with the company health and safety and environmental standards
* Take accountability for position and participate in team work and achieving outcomes
* Ensure all company process and standards are followed
* Develop value creation strategies on cost reductions
* Make sure that all stakeholders involved understand the campaign ownership, and that all objectives are agreed on
* Proactively seek opportunities to campaign maintenance by area, trade or services
About the successful candidate:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry experience
* Significant experience with CMMS (preferably SAP) and a background in performing or supervising maintenance within a chemical or hydrocarbon plant environment.
* Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on technical integrity, production, and cost-efficiency.
* A commitment to EHS performance and a \"performance mindset\" that contributes to value creation and cost reduction
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
* High level of attention to details
* Ability to meet deadlines and to work effectively under pressure
* Advanced computer skills
* Strong time management skills and ability to multitask effectively
* Excellent written and confident verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders across various sites
* Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders to achieve outcomes
