About the Role
Join a dynamic and high-performing IT team and take your career to the next level as an IT Support Analyst.
This role is responsible for providing first and second level IT support across business systems, applications, audio visual, unified communications and collaboration platforms. Based in Sydney, you will provide on-site support locally and remote support to Brisbane.
Working closely with the broader IT and business support services team, you will play an integral role in ensuring smooth and secure IT operations across the firm.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Providing responsive IT support and associated administrative duties across hardware, business applications, audio visual, unified communications, collaboration and mobility platforms
* Proactively troubleshooting and resolving system and application issues in a timely manner
* Managing user access controls including onboarding, provisioning, ongoing support, updating, securing and decommissioning
* Managing IT assets and associated administrative processes to ensure equipment is registered, provisioned, maintained and secured
* Assisting with IT initiatives, implementations and upgrades
* Supporting daily operational tasks including onboarding and offboarding processes, patch management, vulnerability reporting and remediation
* Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of IT solutions, documentation, policies and processes
* Participating in the team's 24-hour on-call roster
About You
Our client is seeking an experienced IT professional with a minimum of four years' experience in a similar corporate or professional services environment.
You are a proactive problem solver with strong troubleshooting capability and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. You communicate clearly and professionally, and you are able to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
You conduct yourself with professionalism and reliability, respond promptly to requests, and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
When it comes to technical capability, you bring:
* Microsoft Environment Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing and supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Operating Systems, desktops, laptops, printers and associated Standard Operating Environment (SOE) environments, including Intune Endpoint Management Systems and Entra environments.
* Microsoft 365 Capability: Intermediate to advanced experience managing and supporting the Microsoft 365 Office Suite.
* Application Deployment Skills: Experience with application packaging and deployments using Intune, PowerShell and/or Power Automate.
* Mobility & Device Management: Experience supporting mobile devices and mobility solutions across laptop fleets and Apple devices in a corporate environment.
* Unified Communications & AV Support: Demonstrated experience supporting Cisco Webex and Microsoft Teams audio visual, unified communications and collaboration platforms.
You also bring a solid understanding of IT governance and best practice processes, with a continuous improvement mindset.
