Overview
* We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst EUC to join our team, providing technical support and enhancing digital data services.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Information Technology or a related field and experience in configuring and maintaining end-user devices.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining and supporting laptops, cellphones, video conference rooms, desktops, and mobile applications.
* Ensuring the smooth operation of printers, scanners, copiers, audio-visual equipment, server rooms, video systems, electronic displays, and meeting room equipment.
* Addressing technology issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
* Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for professional applications.
* Administering user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
* Monitoring security and integrity of devices and data, implementing security measures and protocols.
* Assisting with configuration and maintenance of end-user devices.
* Gathering feedback to improve digital data services and support.
* Supporting regional or global technology projects and collaborating with vendors and contractors.
