Role Description
This is a full‐time on‐site role for an Account Manager – QLD, based in the Greater Brisbane area. The Account Manager will manage client accounts, develop and maintain strong client relationships and oversee the project lifecycle of seasonal installations.
Responsibilities include coordinating with clients to understand their requirements, planning and managing project timelines, ensuring the delivery of high‐quality outcomes, and collaborating with cross‐functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. Consistent client satisfaction and timely project delivery will be a key priority in this role.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in client account management, relationship building and customer service
* Project management skills with the ability to oversee timelines, budgets and resources effectively
* Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to liaise confidently with clients and internal teams
* Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Creative problem‐solving abilities, attention to detail and a passion for delivering unique experiences
* Familiarity with the commercial decorations or events industry is an advantage
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools for account and project management
* Availability to travel within Queensland and flexibility during seasonal peak periods
