About the Role
You'll work directly between our mortgage brokers and our VA support staff (In the Philippines), to support clients through the loan approval process from start to settlement. This is a high‐impact, behind‐the‐scenes role where your accuracy, communication and mortgage knowledge make the difference.
Your Responsibilities
* Preparing and lodging loan applications with lenders
* Gathering and verifying client documentation
* Liaising with lenders, valuers, solicitors and clients
* Tracking loans through to settlement and updating the CRM
* Supporting brokers with compliance documentation
* Managing client communication and follow‐ups throughout the process
* Identifying and resolving application issues proactively
What We're Looking For
Mandatory:
* Experience in mortgage broking, parabroking or bank lending
* Strong understanding of the home loan application process
* Excellent attention to detail and document management skills
* Clear, professional communication; written and verbal
* Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
* Proficient with CRM systems and general technology
Preferred:
* Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or working towards)
* Experience with Mortgage Broking platforms (BrokerEngine, ApplyOnline, Quickli, Lender Portals etc)
* Familiarity with NCCP compliance obligations
* Previous Parabroking experience in a busy brokerage
