Your day to day
Lead the team at our Richlands branch, in our New Vehicle Preparation area – create vehicles to our customers specifications:
* Foster and promote a safe and healthy work environment
* Lead, motivate and develop a team of highly trained technicians
* Monitor Technician productivity to ensure customer expectations are met
* Ensure your team have appropriate skills, tools and resources
About You
* You will hold a Certificate III HV Diesel Technician qualification
* You lead by example - enjoy mentoring, coaching and training
* Proven experience working as a HV Technician
* You take pride in quality workmanship and doing things right
* You will thrive on ensuring customer satisfaction through your work and how you support your team – happy customer's means happy you
