**Job Title:** Network Support Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Engineer to provide technical support to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in troubleshooting and resolving network issues.
The successful candidate will have an extensive technical background in data networking and security products support. Experience in Cisco Routing and Switching, Wireless products, network security, and firewalls is essential. Additionally, expertise in SDWAN, MS Azure, Solarwinds, and Thousand Eyes is highly desirable.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing Level 2 technical support onsite at customer premises during business hours
* Managing escalation of complex issues
* Collaborating with other teams to support managed support services customers nationally
Additional duties include attending internal meetings and conference calls to provide updates to both our internal teams and customers.
