We're partnering with Calexico, the epicentre of global fashion and home to 150+ luxury labels. Their growth has created the need for a Senior Marketing Manager to join their Brisbane team.
As Senior Marketing Manager for Calexico, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy across campaign planning, customer acquisition, conversion optimisation, and retention. Your focus will be to drive sustainable growth, elevate brand presence, and deepen client loyalty across retail and e-commerce.
You will work closely with leadership, buying, and retail teams to align marketing initiatives with product drops, seasonal campaigns, and commercial targets. You will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to marketing – ensuring every dollar spent is intentional and performance-driven.

About You:
* Experienced in leading marketing for a fast‐paced e‐commerce brand. Bonus points if you've worked in multi‐brand apparel.
* Trade focused, driven by campaign metrics, and love the pace and thrill of e‐commerce.
* Understanding how marketing fits together holistically, across acquisition, conversion, and retention, and knows which levers drive which outcomes.
* Strong hands‐on experience with email marketing systems and analytics tools.
* Commercially minded – you understand margins, inventory cycles, and revenue targets.
* A strategic thinker who can zoom out and map the vision, but also dive into execution.
What You'll Own:
* Develop and lead the overarching marketing calendar aligned to seasonal buys, designer drops, and retail moments.
* Lead a small, mighty team.
* Build and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, paid media, and in‐store.
* Partner with the in‐house creative team and external paid media partners to ensure campaigns reflect the elevated Calexico aesthetic while delivering commercial outcomes.
* Monitor CAC, ROAS, and channel performance, adjusting strategy in real time.
* Own CRM strategy including email marketing, SMS, and customer segmentation.
* Develop retention strategies that increase repeat purchase rate and lifetime value.
* Align digital marketing with in‐store clienteling initiatives.
