Leadership Role in Customer Service
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the daily operation of our branch, including coaching, staff development and training to support our customer service, sales and strategic goals.
* Support your staff to grow through successful coordination of coaching, training and implementation of staff development plans.
* Build relationships with customers through meaningful conversations.
* Responsible for keeping your team motivated, resolving conflicts, building strong engaged teams and making difficult decisions.
* Manage a proactive approach to quality outbound calls in onboarding new and retaining existing customers.
* Contribute to marketing ideas and strategies to increase our profile and product awareness in the local community.
About You
As well as having excellent problem-solving, time management and communication skills, you will also require:
* Experience in a leadership role focusing on interpersonal skills.
* Proven experience of leading a service-driven team within the financial services sector.
* Be passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
