About the role:

This role combines customer service excellence with technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues, coordinate service requests, and ensure a seamless customer experience while supporting internal operational needs. With a smaller component of the role that lends to providing front desk support for walk-ins.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers, providing professional and friendly assistance with inquiries and support.

Respond promptly and professionally to Account Customers and end-users via email, addressing their needs and resolving concerns.

Multi-tasking to deliver on all facets of a Customer Service team, these include order entry and production planning,

Accurately processing all administrative task.

Serve as the first point of contact for warranty-related calls, addressing initial inquiries and directing more complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.

Coordinate with customers, repairers, and internal departments to ensure the efficient handling and resolution of warranty claims.

Deliver clear and reliable technical support and advice, helping customers understand and resolve product-related issues effectively.

About You:

Experience with multi-tasking between phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.

Proficiency in using CRM systems to enter orders and claims,

The ability to manage customer expectations or escalate effectively and with empathy.

Having a want to develop your skillset on our range of products, assisting in diagnosing and resolving common technical issues related to the products or services offered.

Having the ability to pinpoint key information from an interaction and guiding customers through troubleshooting steps remotely or in-person.

A general understanding of mechanical concepts and the automotive industry would be preferred; however, can be learnt on the job.

Familiarity with using ERP systems to manage workflows, inventory, and customer orders.

Ability to use Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) at an intermediate level for documentation, reporting, and communication

Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
