A rare leadership opportunity with a highly supportive team
We are seeking an experienced and confident Centre Manager and Nominated Supervisor to lead a well-established early learning service in Redland Bay. This is a family-owned centre with a warm culture, a loyal community, and a genuine commitment to quality. We are looking for someone who can bring fresh energy, strong people leadership, and a passion for building strong, lasting relationships with families and educators.
This opportunity will suit a leader who enjoys stepping into a service where they can make a real difference. You'll be joining a supportive senior leadership team who work closely with you, provide hands‑on guidance, and back you to succeed.
Why this role stands out
Many Centre Manager roles feel the same. This one is different.
You'll be stepping into an established service where your leadership will have real impact. You'll have the autonomy to influence culture, strengthen family partnerships, and bring your own ideas to lift the centre's profile in the local community.
This is the right environment for someone who:
* Enjoys building trust and confidence with families
* Loves supporting educators to grow and perform at their best
* Thrives in a role where relationships matter
* Takes pride in delivering high‑quality practices and strong compliance
* Is ready for the next challenge in their career
* Wants to work with mentoring, guidance, and a leadership team committed to their success
About the Opportunity
As Centre Manager and Nominated Supervisor, you will lead the daily operations of the service in line with Queensland regulatory requirements. You will be the face of the centre, building strong relationships with families, ensuring consistent and high‑quality practice, and leading a team of educators with clarity and confidence.
Your leadership will shape the centre's culture, community reputation, and ongoing success.
You'll have full support from an experienced Operations, Pedagogy, and Compliance network to ensure you are never on your own. This gives you the space to focus on what truly matters — people, quality, and connection.
What We Offer
* A welcoming, family‑owned centre with an established team
* Hands‑on support from an experienced leadership group
* A collaborative environment where your ideas will be valued
* Career growth opportunities and ongoing professional development
* Competitive salary package based on experience and qualifications
* Supportive systems and structures that set you up for success
* A stable, community‑focused service with strong long‑term potential
About You
You are an experienced early childhood leader with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for community engagement. You know how to bring people together, build confidence with families, and lead with professionalism and warmth.
You will bring:
* Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
* Centre Manager, Nominated Supervisor, or Assistant Director experience
* Strong understanding of QLD regulations, NQF, and NQS
* Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
* Child protection training
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification
* Well‑developed communication and problem‑solving skills
* Experience with CCS and administrative systems
* A calm and supportive leadership style, with a focus on people, culture, and compliance
Why You'll Love Working With Us
This is an opportunity to lead a centre where you can genuinely influence outcomes, be respected for your expertise, and be supported every step of the way.
