Are you ready to take the lead on stunning custom residential builds with a fast-growing, reputable homebuilder? We're looking for a hands-on Building Supervisor to join our client's expanding team in the Redland Bay Area.

What you'll be doing:
* Oversee 12-15 residential projects concurrently, from groundworks through to handover
* Ensure exceptional standards of quality and performance across all subcontractors and trades
* Build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, driving projects to stay on time and on budget
* Uphold strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance on every site
What we're looking for:
* Education: Cert IV in Building & Construction (or related degree preferred)
* Licensing: QBCC Supervision Licence (essential)
* Experience:
* Trade background in carpentry or bricklaying highly valued
* At least 12 months' supervisory experience with a stable career history
* Personal Qualities:
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and professional presentation
* Proven commitment to safety and quality standards
