We seek an exceptional Community Mental Health Nurse to guide our MH Connext team and support Tenacious House, a vital service walking alongside men recovering from addiction and mental distress. This is an extraordinary opportunity to lead frontline services that empower individuals to feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their recovery process.
Key Responsibilities
 * Lead day-to-day operations of MH Connext ensuring timely, recovery-oriented, and person-centred services
 * Support and supervise the Tenacious House team member, connecting them to broader clinical and community supports
 * Provide regular supervision, coaching, and mentoring to build a confident and compassionate team
 * Monitor waitlists, allocate referrals, and oversee clinical risk in partnership with the Senior Manager Outreach and Specialised Services
 * Liaise with internal services, hospitals, GPs, and community organisations to maintain strong referral pathways and partnerships
Requirements
 * AHPRA-registered Mental Health Nurse
 * Experience supervising or leading small teams in mental health or community settings
 * Strong understanding of recovery-oriented and trauma-informed care
 * Confidence working with complexity, risk, and referral pathways
 * Excellent relationship-building skills with consumers, teams, and stakeholders
 * Commitment to cultural safety, inclusion, and continuous learning
