The Role:

As an experienced Siebel Engineer, you'll play a key role in complex customer data and integration initiatives, bringing strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Customer Hub (Siebel UCM) and Informatica, along with deep systems integration capability. Responsibilities:
* Shape and influence solution architecture by applying deep systems expertise to deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes.
* Design, build and enhance integration solutions using Oracle Customer Hub (Siebel UCM) and Informatica.
* Lead end-to-end integration initiatives across complex enterprise platforms.
* Develop and support secure APIs that enable seamless data exchange across systems.
* Work closely with relational databases to ensure strong data integrity, performance, and scalability.
* Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing domain expertise across the broader technology community.
* Partner with architects, business analysts, project managers and external vendors to support accurate scoping and solution design.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across applications and infrastructure.
* Mentor and guide engineers within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary delivery team.
* Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Skills & Experience:
* A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
* 7+ years' experience delivering systems development, enterprise integration and application support within complex environments.
* Strong hands-on expertise with Oracle Customer Hub (Siebel UCM) and Informatica.
* Proven experience working across large-scale integration programs, ideally within regulated or enterprise settings.
* Solid knowledge of APIs, integration patterns and relational databases.
* Experience building and delivering secure, enterprise-grade application solutions.
* Deep expertise in at least one technical specialism, whether that's integration architecture, data engineering or a core programming language.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* The ability to lead technical discussions, manage competing priorities and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timeframes.
