Are you passionate about marketing and ready to make an impact at one of Australia's most iconic brands?
What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?
Supporting the State Marketing Manager in delivering local marketing strategies that drive sales and guest counts
Managing budgets, analyse sales data, and prepare monthly reports
Coordinating regional meetings and assisting restaurants with local store marketing (LSM) activities
Developing and executing local media plans and sponsorship activations
Ensuring merchandising aligns with McDonald's standards and campaign objectives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2-3 years' experience in a marketing coordinator role or similar
Strong skills in budget management, campaign execution, and stakeholder engagement
Proactive, analytical, and creative thinker with excellent communication skills
Experience in QSR, FMCG, or agency environments is highly regarded
