This role is responsible for generating leads, opportunities and securing sales through early engagement and strong business partnering and negotiations.
The role will primarily focus on Major Pursuits across multiple market segments and partner closely with large-scale clients to design total building management and other Schneider Electric solutions, utilizing our EcoStruxure platform to drive efficiencies and sustainability for the client and grow the services delivered by Schneider Electric.ResponsibilitiesWork as a true sales hunter, generating and following up on leads and creating interest in Schneider's offeringsAchieve growth through solid relationships with prospective clients, gaining detailed understanding of their needs, pain points and strategic directionCommunicate and interact with business decision makers at all levels to identify needs and requirements as well as market opportunitiesNegotiate and close sales that vary in contract length and fee rangeWork with marketing management to ensure promotional activity is carried out to enhance the company image and increase brand awarenessProvide regular feedback on Schneider's positioning in the marketplaceCoordinate engagement of Schneider SMEs and internal resources ensuring effective coordination of client engagement, early positioning, C-Suite alignment and presenting Schneider Electric value proposition across multiple stakeholders and the client's organization and the Construct value chainQualificationsA proven track record with solution selling to large-scale, complex clientsFamiliarity with selling digital offerings especially across BMS, ISP, Security Systems, ICN and the likeSolid experience within the Construction Industry, and either selling to or from clients as an End User or a ConsultantExperience building relationships and confidently selling to Tier One contractors and subcontractorsPersistence to follow up of leads and movement of prospects through the sales cycleExperience in managing tenders, and tailoring tenders to provide unique solutions to suit customer requirementsThe ability to develop a bid strategy and bring it to lifeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in presenting and liaising with many different senior stakeholders within the C-suite of major local and global companiesTertiary qualified, complemented with excellent customer service experience in direct customer facing role i.e., Sales or Client Relationship ManagerExperience with utilizing Salesforce as your main CRM toolBenefitsGenerous salary and incentives on offerFully Maintained Vehicle suppliedFlexibility at Work and Global Family LeaveOption to participate in our Share Program, with discounts and company contribution for employeesPotential opportunity to purchased further annual leaveDiscounts at major vendors such as Clipsal, JB-HiFi and Hoyts just to name a few through our employee rewards schemesContinuous training on Schneider productsExposure to a market leader in building management, optimisation and energy monitoringWorking in a well-balanced team and inclusive environmentApplication & ComplianceAPPLY TODAY!
