THE ROLE
The Administration Officer provides critical support to Barwon Client Support and Housing Services. The Role is instrumental in supporting Housing Services through provision of administrative support and working with the reception team providing a quality reception service to clients, the public, staff and service providers of the Depatment.
Accountabilities Include
* Work as a member of the Housing Services team providing administrative support with a focus on data and trends.
* When required support reception services to deliver a high-quality telephone and reception service to clients, service providers and members of the public by maintaining a welcoming and professional manner, acknowledging all visitors and callers, respecting diversity and responding promptly to their needs in turn.
* Attend appropriately to each individual enquiry by taking a helpful approach, establishing the purpose of the visit or call, assessing the service required and providing the appropriate response.
