This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Team Manager to join a fast-paced Distribution Centre and play a key role in delivering safe, secure, and efficient operations.
The Role
You will assist in leading daily warehouse operations while managing and developing a high-performing team. Working closely with the DC Manager, you will ensure productivity targets are met while maintaining strict compliance in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing daily warehouse operations within a multi-SKU FMCG environment
* Leading, coaching, and developing warehouse team members
* Ensuring effective use of warehouse technology including SAP, RF scanning, and automation systems
* Maintaining a strong security-first approach aligned with pharmaceutical standards
* Driving Health & Safety compliance, including injury management and Return to Work programs
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Experience at supervisory or management level within an FMCG or distribution environment
* Strong people leadership and communication skills
* Hands-on experience with modern warehouse systems and technology
* A proactive approach to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
