Exciting opportunities like this are few and far between and this is a challenging opportunity for you to be part of a greenfield environment. As the Change Manager for a client who are developing critical infrastructure in Sydney's western region, you will work across the entire Technology team, permanent and contractors, as well as business stakeholders, to deliver change programs and support the successful delivery of projects. You will use your experience in organisational change management to enable successful implementation and adoption of change within the organisation, with the role being key to ensuring adoption and readiness. This will be a unique opportunity to plan and manage the implementation of modern, secured technology systems for a new business with no legacy systems replacement needs. Some of your responsibilities will include: Apply best practice change management frameworks, methodologies and techniques to deliver the desired outcomes. Identifies and ensure resolution of conflicts relating to resources, skills, availability and business priorities. Plan a comprehensive change management approach, developing fit-for-purpose change interventions and solutions that deliver value and maximise change adoption. Develop a sound understanding of business needs, with the ability to map business requirements into change requirements. Conduct detailed change impact assessments that accurately reflect the change impact, including the impacts on the business, other areas of the Group, associated people risks and how these impacts will be managed Support initial change planning and requirements identification. Incorporate change management into overall project scheduling and resource planning. You will bring to the role: A minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in change management roles, with at least 3-5 years should be in complex organisations Experience working in “greenfields” organisations would be beneficial Change Management qualifications. Ability to make clear and sound judgements, with a focus on providing pragmatic solutions using data to support decision-making. Excellent skills and experience building trusting and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to negotiate and influence effectively. Proven capability in effective communication and the ability to execute on work effectively, autonomously and independently. Balance Recruitment is committed to equal opportunity employment.
