This is a high-energy, hands-on, varied role where you'll be responsible for navigating daily challenges across infrastructure, logistics, HR, finance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Responding to infrastructure challenges, especially related to power and solar systems
- Driving continuous improvement and workplace health and safety practices
About You
You'll bring solid operational experience, ideally in financial management, human resources, or a related field. While formal qualifications in finance, HR, or business are highly regarded, we equally value practical experience and demonstrated capability.
You will thrive in this role if you are:
- A confident relationship builder with inclusive communication skills
- Calm under pressure and quick thinking in real-world situations
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and operationally agile
- Values-driven, community-minded and committed to meaningful impact
Essential requirements:
- Current NT Driver's Licence and Ochre Card (or ability to obtain)
- Willingness to travel regularly for day and overnight trips (accommodation provided)
While not mandatory, the following will be highly regarded:
- Familiarity with NT homelands and ORIC governance
- Basic understanding of infrastructure, particularly power or solar systems
- Proficiency in MYOB and digital systems
- Experience working in or alongside Aboriginal Corporations
This role is ideal for someone ready to step into or grow within a senior leadership position while making a lasting difference in remote Aboriginal communities.
