We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media & Marketing Manager to join the team and work closely with the busy Director. In this dynamic role, you will take ownership of driving the brand's digital presence through engaging content and strategic marketing initiatives.
You will be part of a passionate team that values innovation, quality, and exceptional client experiences, helping to craft and grow a strong, authentic brand voice across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with the Director and external digital agency to develop and execute content strategies
* Create engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, blogs, newsletters, and website updates
* Manage real-time content posting to ensure timely and relevant communication
* Stay ahead of social media trends, contributing fresh ideas and energy to the content plan
* Utilise photography, videography, and design software (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or AI tools) to produce visually appealing content
About You:
* Passionate about social media, video production, and content creation
* Creative with strong attention to detail and excellent visual storytelling skills
* Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently or in a team
* Experienced in social media management and up to date with the latest trends and tools
* Skilled in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and design/editing software such as Canva and Photoshop
* Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Energetic, resilient, and enthusiastic with a positive, can-do attitude
* A tertiary qualification in marketing is desirable
