Front Office Agent - Receptionist (Part time or Casual)
The Henty and The Commodore located in Mount Gambier, SA on the beautiful Limestone Coast. We are a passionate about hospitality and guest experience is our priority.
We offer outstanding accommodation and outstanding food and beverage experiences in our award winning Restaurant's and Conferencing and Events including Weddings. Our Business has grown to include Delgattie Estate – our luxury Hotel, Colhurst House and the Henty which has launched our new Restaurant and Bar, Noky.
We are currently seeking a Part-time (or Casual) Front Office Agent – Receptionist to join our Front office teams.
Required experience and skills
* Exceptional customer service skills and focus on every interaction
* A constant desire to exceed guest expectations
* Experience managing guest travel arrangements
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively within a team
* Strong work ethic, excellent communication, and time-management

* Be available across 7 days including weekends
