About the Role
We are seeking an experienced CCMS / Commissioning Coordinator to support commissioning and completions activities for the Hope Downs 1 sustaining project. This position is a hybrid role combining commissioning coordination with CCMS governance and documentation responsibilities (approximately 70% coordination, 30% CCMS).
The role forms part of a small, collaborative team consisting of a site-based Commissioning Coordinator and a Perth-based CCMS Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and supervise daily commissioning activities on site.
* Support and administer CCMS processes, governance, and documentation.
* Review and validate work packs, test packs, shutdown packs, and tie-in documentation.
* Prepare and track CCC System Handover Packages.
* Ensure QA/QC compliance across construction and commissioning activities.
* Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure safe and timely delivery.
* Ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems and site safety requirements.
* Assist with completions tracking and system progress reporting.
Skills & Experience Required
* Significant commissioning coordination experience on large-scale projects.
* EPCM or contractor background preferred; owners team experience considered.
* Strong understanding of CCMS workflows and completions processes.
* Experience with HV/LV systems, switchgear, MCCs, and instrumentation.
* Strong working knowledge of construction processes and technical standards.
* Experience with contractor supervision and multi-discipline coordination.
* Familiarity with QA/QC, ITPs, and permit-to-work systems.
Mandatory Requirement – S26 Certification
* Candidates must already hold a valid S26 certification (not just the training).
* Candidates booked in to sit the exam may still be considered with proof of booking.
