Job Description
As a teacher in our network, you will play a vital role in providing spiritual, academic, and wellbeing support to students. You will work closely with the principal to create a safe and engaging learning environment that fosters critical thinking and creativity.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and implementing lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
2. Providing individualized attention and support to students who require additional help.
3. Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and improve student outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in education or a related field.
* Registration as a teacher in Tasmania or the ability to gain registration prior to starting.
* An understanding of the Australian curriculum relevant to Tasmanian Catholic education.
* Knowledge of current teaching pedagogy and best practices.
