Responsibilities:
11. Assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
12. Producing food for guests efficiently, economically, and hygienically
13. Maintaining a high standard of food preparation and presentation, according to recipes and standards
14. Using all equipment, tools, and machines appropriately
15. Working closely with the Stewarding department and all other kitchen staff
16. Maintaining a professional and positive attitude towards colleagues, supervisors, and guests
About You:
17. Have a minimum of 6 months full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
18. Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered)
19. Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role with a background in the grill, banquet, breakfast, and preparation sections
20. Strong technical abilities, reliable, flexible, and works well under pressure
21. Skilled in time management and organisation
