We're recruiting Home Claims Consultants to join a leading Australian insurer starting 22nd December.

In this role, you'll support customers experiencing home-related incidents, guiding them through the claims process with empathy, clarity and professionalism. If you enjoy helping people, problem-solving and working in a structured environment, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.

What You'll Be Doing

* Handle inbound customer enquiries and lodge new home insurance claims
* Provide clear next steps and regular updates throughout the claim journey
* Process claims in line with procedures and guidelines
* Communicate with builders, assessors, internal teams and service providers
* Maintain accurate data and documentation
* Support customers who may be distressed or dealing with difficult situations
* Meet quality, service and compliance targets

What We're Looking For

* No insurance or claims experience required
* Call centre or strong customer service background is highly regarded
* Confident communicator with strong listening and empathy skills
* Comfortable in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments
* High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
* Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple systems
* To be successful, you must complete and be cleared through a full police check and a bankruptcy/financial background check

Work Options

* Choose to work from home or from the office
* If working from home, you must attend the office at least once per month (minimum)
* All equipment provided
