As an **ICT Support Technician**, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our IT systems, providing technical support to staff, and ensuring our technology aligns with operational needs. This role requires a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of software, hardware, and network systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Technical Support & Troubleshooting**
- Determine software and hardware requirements to resolve technical issues.
- Respond to inquiries about software and hardware problems, providing timely solutions.
- Assist employees with any technological issues, ensuring mínimal disruptions.
- Diagnose and fix issues with **Brevity, our CRM system**.
**Software & Hardware Management**
- Install, update, and configure software to meet operational needs.
- Repair or replace peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers, and modems.
**System & Network Administration**
- Implement and maintain **computer networks** to support business operations.
- Manage employee **onboarding and offboarding** across all IT systems, ensuring proper access and security.
**Website & Digital Infrastructure**
- Design, maintain, and update the **Assure Ability website** to enhance user experience.
**Skills & Qualifications**
**Required**:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk support, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
- Familiarity with **Brevity CRM** (or a willingness to learn).

Pay: $73,150.00 - $75,000.00 per year
