Front Office Receptionist - Archer Hotel
The Archer Hotel is on the lookout for a friendly, energetic and highly organized individual to join our front-of-house team as a Receptionist.
This key role involves greeting guests, managing reservations and ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained at all times. You will also be responsible for staying up to date on reception emails and phone calls, and performing administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
We need an individual who is great with people, communication and detail, and is motivated to make a positive impact on our guests and team members alike. If you have excellent computer skills and are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
A day in the life of a Front Office Receptionist:
* Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm, friendly and attentive service.
* Stay up to date on reception emails and phone calls and action administrative tasks as quickly as possible.
* Lean into teamwork and assist with accommodation, bistro and booking duties as required.
