About the Role: We are currently seeking a Bus Driver / Utility to join our operations team at Ernest Henry Mine (EHM) .
This is a Drive-In/Drive-Out (DIDO) or Fly In/Fly Out (FIFO) role with preferred points of hire including Mount Isa, Cloncurry, Brisbane, Cairns, and Townsville .
This is a swing roster of 14 days on / 7 days off, working split day shifts, with 10-hour workdays .
Key Responsibilities: Bus Driver Safe and reliable transport of personnel to and from site locations Assisting with general utility duties across site including cleaning, basic maintenance, and support services Adhering to all safety and operational procedures Delivering high levels of customer service to site staff and visitors Utility Setting up and clearing dining rooms Dishwashing and cleaning of the kitchen, equipment dining areas Maintaining legislated food hygiene and safety practices Fast, effective service throughout busy periods - with a good attitude Assisting the broader team as required Preparing and presenting texture-modified foods Dining Room Duties - maintain cleanliness, stock and crib food levels Housekeeping Duties - room and ensuite cleaning, making beds (if needed) Common Area Cleaning - emptying bins, sweeping, mopping, general cleaning Mine Site Cleaning - cleaning offices, crib huts, bathhouses
