We are seeking passionate individuals for part-time positions at the Lorne Visitor Information Centre.


About the Role

The Part-Time Visitor Experience Concierge will be responsible for enhancing visitor experiences and promoting local tourism in the Surf Coast region. Key responsibilities include:

* Providing exceptional customer service to visitors
* Developing and implementing strategies to promote local tourism


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Tourism experience
* Strong customer service skills
* A current driver's license
* A Working With Children Check
