We are seeking a confident, energetic, and motivated Service Advisor/ Assistant Manager, with a clear training pathway to eventually becoming the Store Manager, this person must have a friendly can‐do approach, with the ability to continue to grow our well‐established family business, whilst we are part of an Australia‐wide group we have the freedom and autonomy to run the business as we see fit and that has been to key to our success, we consistently receive 5‐star reviews because of our customer‐first focus, and our customer retention rate is extremely high. To be considered, you will excel at establishing strong long‐term relationships, thereby creating outstanding customer confidence and continuously maximising customer satisfaction. You will also act as a passionate brand ambassador, consistently promoting the highest standards of courtesy and integrity when interacting with our Service Customers.
We recently relocated to our new, larger premises, and we are considered to have one of the best fully equipped modern service centres in Perth with advanced diagnostic capabilities.
Experience as a Service Advisor with an automotive trade qualification is highly desirable but not essential as long as you have a proven track record in a similar role coupled with a sound knowledge of locating parts, repair times, job costing, and quoting; I'm also prepared to give an opportunity to a mechanic or spare parts interpreter who wants to move into a front‐of‐house role.

* You must have a clear and concise phone manner, plus the ability to explain to customers in simple terms any extra work required, along with providing a quote; after all this is a sales role requiring you to take the sales side of this seriously
* Customer service focus with a fix‐it‐first‐time attitude
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask
* Exceptional problem‐solving skills
* Proficient computer literacy skills with a sound working knowledge of Repco Navigator, Veales Parts, Cool Drive, and Napa
