What You'll Be Doing Develop and implement a quality strategy aligned with the group's mission.
Create a strategy to shift PT operations from reactive to preventive models.
Lead and inspire PT teams towards product quality excellence and regulatory compliance.
Optimize operational processes to enhance the effectiveness of product quality improvement.
Ensure product quality assurance efforts align with enhancing customer satisfaction.
Monitor product quality metrics, identify trends, and drive continuous improvements.
To be Successful in this Role You'll Have Strategic planning and execution of quality strategy.
Strong leadership to motivate PT teams.
Operational excellence and process improvement experience.
Customer focus and measurement of satisfaction.
Analytical expertise for data analysis and trend monitoring.
Stakeholder management across Customer Care, Compliance, Legal, Merchandise, Sourcing, suppliers.
Change management experience and problem‑solving skills.
Compliance adherence to legislation and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications And Experience Bachelor's degree in quality management, Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
Minimum 10 years experience in quality management; at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Extensive experience in General Merchandise product quality standards and assurance processes.
Proficiency in QMS, data analysis tools and ERP systems.
Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or similar.
