Role & Responsibilities:
* Letting & vetting of sub‐contractor packages
* Dual estimating and project delivery role
* Liaise with suppliers and sub‐contractors and stakeholders
* Negotiate agreements striving for win‐win outcomes
* Tracking of project expenditure against budget
* Responsible for progress claims, project cash flow & forecasting
Your Background:
* Must have 6 months‐1+ years experience with a commercial builder
* Main Contractor experience is a must
* Ability to communicate effectively
* Display the right attitude, ability to learn and grow
* Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes
