This role will provide hands-on procurement execution support and act as a local key user.
Key Responsibilities
* Support PR/PO processing, follow-up and issue resolution across the P2P cycle
* Ensure procurement activities align with new ERP/procurement processes and controls
* Coordinate supplier onboarding and master data collection to support readiness
* Drive supplier adoption of new processes and ways of working
* Act as local procurement key user for SAP S/4HANA (and related procurement tools)
* Support UAT, training coordination, and post-go-live support/troubleshooting
* Assist with rollout of processes, tools and automation initiatives
* Maintain deployment trackers (suppliers, activities, issues) and provide clear status reporting
* Identify risks early and support go-live stabilisation activities
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
* 3–5 years' experience in procurement operations, buying and/or supply chain
* SAP experience essential (S/4HANA preferred)
* Strong execution focus with solid coordination and follow-through
* Confident stakeholder communication across procurement, IT/change teams and suppliers
* Comfortable operating in a project / transformation environment
