Due to some recent national acquisitions of new centres, the opportunity has become available for a Marketing Executive to report into an experienced and highly regarded Shopping Centre Manager, and to collaborate with a National Marketing team with strong tenure.
You’ll be the go-to marketing expert, developing cutting-edge campaigns, managing social media, and delivering activations that connect tenants with their customers across one key community centre and three smaller centres - driving tenant awareness, improving sales, and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Your daily duties will include:
- Lead marketing activity across a portfolio of centres – one main community shopping centre plus three smaller centres
- Partner with tenants to deliver marketing initiatives that drive sales, traffic, and customer engagement
- Own social media strategy and execution, including day-to-day management, content creation, scheduling, and reporting
- Plan and deliver campaigns, events, and activations, managing costs and tracking performance
- Support development of annual marketing plans and budgets
- Identify PR opportunities to build awareness and strengthen centre profiles in the community
- Work collaboratively with a Centre Manager and national marketing team to deliver results in an agile, rapid-paced environment
To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes:
- 3–5+ years’ marketing experience with strong social media management skills (essential)
- Background in shopping centre, retail, property, hospitality, food, or fashion marketing highly regarded
- Confident creating content – from photos and videos to digital copywriting
- Comfortable working in an autonomous marketing role, advising non-marketing stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proactive, creative, and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to deliver end-to-end campaigns across multiple sites
