About the Role:
Immediate start
Manage your own portfolio with confidence and care.
Oversee leasing activities, inspections, lease renewals and rent reviews.
Handle end-of-lease processes and navigate VCAT proceedings when required.
Work closely with our management and admin team, who’ve always got your back.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who:
Genuinely cares about providing great customer service.
Has clear, professional communication and negotiation skills.
Has strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset.
Has a current Agent’s Representative Certificate (Cert IV in Property), national police check, Victorian driver’s license and reliable car.
