**What we are looking for**:
- Ability to contribute to and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives, strategies and principles in a team environment.
- High level knowledge of Payroll Services with demonstrated ability to provide accurate advice in accordance with relevant industrial legislation.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills and the including the ability to communicate and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels in an environment of organisational change.

- While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded.
