About the role
You will deliver home-based Exercise Physiology services in the Mildura region for clients aged 65+ accessing services through their Support at Home SAH package. The role focuses on strengths-based, goal-directed interventions that maximise independence.
This is an ongoing permanent position. You can choose full-time or a flexible FTE arrangement, including family‐friendly hours and varied working days.
You will receive regular one‐to‐one supervision and support from our Practice Lead. You'll also be supported by a large team of Exercise Physiologists, the Allied Health scheduling team, the Operations Manager, and local on-site staff.

About You
You are an Exercise Physiologist with strong clinical skills, a client-centred approach, and a commitment to continuous learning and best practice. You are motivated to deliver high-quality care, adapt to changing client needs, and contribute to a positive team culture. You value evidence-based practice, seek feedback to improve your work, and are dedicated to supporting older adults to achieve their goals and maintain independence.
We are looking for individuals with:
* ESSA accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist
* Recognised tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology
* Knowledge of evidence-based practice for older adults aged 65+
* Experience in Community Aged Care with clients receiving HCP/SAH services
* The ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload independently
* Demonstrated interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
* High-level organizational skills and computer literacy

* A current Working With Children Check
* Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
* Australian working rights
