As a tutor, you will be responsible for teaching structured English and Mathematics lessons to small groups of students on Saturdays. You will also need to complete up to 2 hours of paid corrections during the week remotely.

About the Role
We provide carefully designed classes directly aligned with the current Victorian curriculum, allowing students to be taught the concept, understand it, and practice it. Each student starts with a free assessment to find out what their current level is, which allows us to give personalised advice as to what steps to take to reach their educational goals.

* You must have completed VCE and achieved a high ATAR score.
* You must be passionate about learning and teaching.
* You must be a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
* You must be able to teach both Maths and English.
* You must be extremely well organised.
* You must be able to follow systems and procedures.
* You must have leadership potential.
* You must be able to work well in a team.
* You must demonstrate an ability to work unsupervised.
* You must demonstrate the ability to influence others to work towards common goals.
