Premium Greens Australia is a leading supplier of Australian native flowers and foliage, working closely with florists across Australia. We are seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time Administration Assistant to support our Sales Manager and help keep our sales operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in the floral industry.
About the Role
This is a part-time position supporting the Sales Manager in day-to-day administrative and sales coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter and manage customer orders in our sales system
* Assist with customer orders and enquiries via phone and email
* Maintain customer records and databases
* Support stock coordination and basic inventory administration
* Regularly update and ensure accuracy of product availability lists
* Provide general administrative support to the sales team
About You
* Previous experience in administration, sales support, or office coordination
* Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
* Confident using computer systems (spreadsheets, email, databases)
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities
* Experience in floristry is an advantage but not essential
