About the Role
As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive in-store experience for our customers. We're after someone who's genuinely passionate about people and sweet treats!
Responsibilities
* Providing friendly and attentive customer service
* Operating the cash register and handling transactions
* Restocking shelves and maintaining neat, eye‐catching displays
* Keeping the store clean, tidy, and looking its best
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and people skills
* A can‐do attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
* Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and school holidays
* Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not essential
