You will be responsible for the sales & growth of Wedded Wonderland for inspiration, Venue Wonderland for venue bookings & Get Wedded In for impactful magazine content.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Global Business Development Partner to spearhead our expansion and strengthen our presence worldwide. This role calls for a visionary who is passionate about building relationships and unlocking new business opportunities. You will be at the forefront of our market expansion efforts, crafting strategies that enhance our global footprint and ensure sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our market share across international markets.
2. Cultivate strong relationships with key industry players, including wedding venues, vendors, and planners.
3. Lead negotiations and close deals that contribute to our strategic goals.
4. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on market needs and promotional strategies.
5. Provide insights into market trends and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions.
6. Represent Wonder Group at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in business development, preferably in the hospitality, events, or wedding industry.
2. Strong track record of driving growth and expanding business into new markets.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a willingness to travel internationally.
5. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
