About the role Are you a hands-on, safety-minded team player ready to jump into a busy production environment? CSR is looking for Machine Operators to join our Scoresby site. Prior machine operating experience is not required – what matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate with others. Experience operating machinery is a bonus but not required – we'll train the right person. Shifts: Day and night positions available, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed. Key responsibilities: Operate production machinery safely while meeting quality, output, and efficiency targets. Use a forklift to move materials – forklift licence is essential. Assist with routine inspections and troubleshooting. Accurately record production data and support smooth shift handovers. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support team performance. Carry out manual handling tasks up to 20kg safely, using lifting aids where needed. What you bring to the role Valid forklift licence ( Essential ). Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong team ethic. Commitment to health, safety, and following procedures. Attention to detail and the ability to accurately record information. Physically capable of manual handling tasks (up to 20kg).
