Job Title: Business Support Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Support Officer to join our Corporate Services team.


The Role

This role involves providing advice, coordination, and support for various portfolios, including finance, human resources, marketing, and communications. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.


Key Responsibilities

* Oversee individual portfolios, which may involve facilities management, financial administration, human resources, marketing and events, workplace learning, and executive support.
* Provide sound organizational and time management skills, along with attention to detail and effective prioritization.


Essential Qualifications

* Considerable experience in business operations and systems management.
* Well-developed financial management skills, including data analysis and reporting.
* Sound human resource management knowledge and skills.
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Candidates must have a valid Working With Children Check and Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check before appointment.
