Job Title: Payroll Systems Expert
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across 13 health services. As a key member of the project team, they will be responsible for ensuring payroll operations, processes, and configurations are accurately reflected and effectively transitioned into the new system.
This includes collaborating closely with regional payroll and HR stakeholders, as well as technical project streams and external implementation partners to standardize payroll processes, pay rules, and data structures.
The selected individual will lead efforts in payroll process mapping and capability building across the region, while also supporting change management, training, and testing activities.
Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of payroll systems.
* Provide training and support to employees on new payroll systems.
