Currently we are seeking a Consultant - EmergencyMedicine to join our team. The successful applicant/slead the multidisciplinary team to provide high standard of servicedelivery and medical outcomes to patients within the emergencymedicine services. Promotes patient safety and quality of care.Provides leadership, orientation, training, supervision andeducation, where relevant, for doctors in training, Health ServiceMedical Practitioners and other health workers. In collaborationwith the Head of Emergency Medicine and other Consultants works toachieve national, state and SMHS performance standards and targets.Contribute to the development and implementation of innovativestrategies that lead to improved operational performance, effectiveresource management and customer service. Works within the scope ofclinical practice as defined and recommended by the SMHS AreaMedical Credentialing Committee.
