Kardex VCA Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated, results-driven Realisation Manager - ANZ to lead project delivery across Australia and Current Zealand.
Based in Sydney or Melbourne, this role reports directly to the Operations Director - ANZ.
You will be responsible for driving end-to-end project realisation, leading a team of project professionals, and ensuring successful delivery of automation solutions that exceed customer expectations — on time and within budget.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and execute the Project Realisation process across Australia and New Zealand.
Manage internal and external resources to deliver projects efficiently and profitably.
Develop team capabilities and organisational performance through structured improvement plans.
Oversee project delivery — directly and through Project Managers and vendors.
Ensure projects meet agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction
Plan and allocate labour resources effectively to match project demands and skill levels.
Ensure contractual processes, payment terms, and project documentation are maintained accurately.
Manage project timelines, milestones, and change requests.
Identify, document, and escalate contract variations as needed.
Oversee legal claims and negotiations with internal or external counsel support.
Investigate claims, gather documentation, and lead resolution or variation orders.
Conduct regular gap analyses and maintain the project variation register (+/- list).
Quality, Health & Safety
Champion and enforce Kardex's Quality, Health & Safety (QHSE) standards across all projects.
Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement in all field operations.
Requirements
Project management qualifications are a must.
PMP® certification or equivalent.
A degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline would be an advantage.
Minimum 5+ years' experience in Project Management, ideally in industrial automation or material handling.
Proven experience leading and developing teams of 5–7 professionals.
Strong technical background, preferably with warehouse automation systems.
Proficiency in SAP/ERP, MS Office (including OneNote), and basic CAD tools (AutoCAD, Visual Components).
Sound understanding of costing, financial control, and project management processes.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Willingness to travel domestically for site visits and project coordination.
