Support and Coordination Professional
We are seeking an experienced Support and Coordination Professional to provide high-level administrative support to our healthcare team.
1. Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, employees, and members of the public.
2. Act as a first point of contact for walk-in and telephone enquiries to the Medical Administration Unit.
3. Perform a range of general administrative tasks, including issuing swipe cards and ID badges to healthcare professionals.
4. Assist with personnel file management, including scanning and archiving, and management of pay enquiries, including daily entry of overtime and call-backs.
5. Process and verify invoices as required.
6. Contribute to the entry of Healthroster rosters.

* Relevant administrative qualifications or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting.
* Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
