You'll work with international brands using our proven AI-enabled SOPs and playbooks designed to get you up to speed quickly and deliver exceptional results. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging our cutting-edge tools and established processes to help clients succeed in Malaysia's competitive e-commerce landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesAI-Powered Campaign Execution: Utilize our proprietary AI-enabled tools and playbooks to streamline campaign creation and optimizationMarketplace Management: Set up and optimize brand presence on Shopee, Lazada, and other Malaysian e-commerce platformsSocial Media Marketing: Create, manage, and grow Facebook and Instagram pages for international brands using AI-assisted content toolsTikTok Marketing: Develop and execute TikTok content strategies and channel management with AI content optimizationContent Marketing: Leverage AI tools to create engaging, localized content tailored for Malaysian audiences across various platformsInfluencer Marketing: Identify, negotiate with, and manage local influencer partnerships using data-driven selection processesWebsite Development: Build and customize Shopify stores for brand launches with AI-enhanced design and optimizationPlaybook Implementation: Execute and continuously improve our established AI-driven playbooksPerformance Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using advanced AI analytics toolsClient Presentations: Prepare and deliver weekly performance presentations to international clientsClient Communication: Maintain regular communication with international clients and internal teamsWhat We're Looking For2+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerceHands-on experience with at least 2-3 of the following:Facebook/Instagram advertising and page managementTikTok marketing and content creationShopify store setup and customizationInfluencer marketing campaignsStrong understanding of Malaysian consumer behavior and market trendsExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal) - RequiredMalay and Chinese language skills are a plusStrong presentation skills and confidence presenting to international clientsQuick learner with ability to rapidly acquire new skills and adapt to evolving technologiesAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with team membersComfort with technology and willingness to learn AI-powered marketing toolsProficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platformsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with international brands or clientsKnowledge of cross-border e-commerce challengesFamiliarity with Malaysian payment gateways and logisticsBasic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)Previous agency experienceExperience with AI marketing tools or automation platformsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary package, Salary Range from RM4,000 - RM6,000 /monthProfit sharing opportunities based on performancePotential to become a shareholder as the company growsComprehensive onboarding with our proven AI-enabled SOPs and playbooksOpportunity to work with cutting-edge AI marketing technologyExposure to diverse international brands and marketsProfessional development and AI tool training opportunitiesCollaborative and innovative work environmentSignificant growth potential within an expanding AI-driven agencyCentral KL location with convenient transportation accessReady to Join Us?Send your resume along with a brief cover letter highlighting your relevant experience in the areas mentioned above.
