We are seeking Experienced or Trainee Off the Road (OTR) Tyre Repairers.
Experienced OTR Tyre Repairer
* Opportunities for Leading Hand role
* Increased hourly rates once competent in BMSA tyre repair processes

* Increased hourly rates once competency levels attained

Remuneration – we offer two options both Mon‐Fri:
* Option 1 – Standard 38 hrs/week with award defined overtime
* Option 2 – Guaranteed 50 hrs/week flat hourly rate
* In addition to both options $20,000 annual site allowance paid in weekly instalments
Example of total annual package for Option 2 - 50 hr week:
$142,000 to $197,000 plus super depending on experience, ability & attitude.

The Opportunity
* Gain industry best practice skills & experience in OTR (Off The Road) tyre repair
* Learn to diagnose & troubleshoot tyre / wheel / rim / tube damage
* Perform OTR tyre duties while meeting operational & safety requirements
* Work to the service standard protocols of BMSA customers
* Ensure all equipment used on site meets operational & safety requirements
About You – Essential
* Resident in the Port Hedland area – this is not FIFO
* Forklift licence (LF) or ability to obtain
* Strong commitment to the safety of yourself & others
* Fit & able to carry out manual labour requirements
* Punctual, reliable & a team player with a can‐do attitude
* Current work rights in Australia
About You – Preferred
* Valid drivers licence (HR preferred)
* Experience in mining or heavy industries
